Although 365assist's history is brief, we feel it is impressive. Here are some of our corporate milestones.

April 2000

¨         Senior executives at CMG, our parent company, begin to notice an emerging

      trend of the company supplying advice to existing clients at short notice and

      outside of normal trading hours. Recognising the enormous potential, CMG decides

      to research the possibility of establishing a resource within the group dedicated to

      providing such services to clients.                

August 2000

¨       Having completed both market research and its business plan, 365assist is

      incorporated in Ireland, where its headquarters are located.      

September 2000 

¨        365assist commences operations, and commences hiring its first staff members.

November 2000 

¨        365assist signs its first Fortune 500 client.

January 2001 

¨        Having successfully sourced a strategic partner, 365assist commences the

      provision of enhanced services from a new operations centre.

February 2001 

¨        365world-assist is launched and provides the first real-time clearinghouse function

      for a client experiencing terrorism-related activity simultaneously directed against its

      interests in two jurisdictions.

March 2001  

¨        365assist begins providing services to its second Fortune 500 client. 

April 2001

                ¨        365assist's new web site is launched.

August 2001

                ¨        365assist services provided to our first subscribers in the Middle East.

September 2001

¨       365world-assist provides response to clients in the aftermath of the terrorist attacks on

      the World Trade Centre and Pentagon.   

 

January 2002

¨       We begin providing 365assist services to clients with interests in China.
