The team operates within a fast moving, constantly changing environment. The role requires team members to be available on a roster basis to respond on a 24-hours basis to client concerns. You must have considerable experience in successfully handling security and crime related situations, in particular those involving considerable risks to safety of personnel, or threats to corporate integrity. You must have an ability to understand issues from the subscribers' perspective and to be able to solve issues and challenges that arise. You must also be able to operate within a team environment where the ability to communicate and support other team members is vital.  Law enforcement or corporate security experience is an advantage, particularly where this has included senior operational posts.
